Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-07-12
Plain-language draft. These terms are written in good faith for an early-stage product and have not yet been reviewed by counsel. If you need negotiated terms, contact us.
Who you are contracting with
Your agreement is with Hidle Everform, org. nr. 936 448 003, Norway. “Everform”, “we”, and “us” below refer to that operator.
Who may use Everform
Everform is a business tool, offered to companies, founders, and professionals aged 18 or over acting for business purposes. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you subscribe as an EEA consumer despite this business framing, statutory consumer rights — including the 14-day withdrawal right for online services — apply as the law provides and nothing here removes them.
The service
Everform drafts, scores, governs, and evaluates workflows from the context you provide. It is an early-stage product; features may change, and illustrative content on our site is labeled as such and is not a promise of results.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately (reply to any Everform email) if you believe it has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Bring only content you have the right to use.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, probe, or misuse the service, or use it to build a competing scoring dataset.
- Don’t use Everform to operate workflows that are unlawful or that make automated decisions with legal effect on individuals.
Your content
You own your workspace content. You grant us the licence needed to process it for you — storing it, sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate your outputs, scoring it — as described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing more. We treat your workspace content as confidential and do not use it to train models. You can leave and take your data with you.
AI output
You own the outputs Eve generates for you (drafts, architectures, prescriptions), to the extent we hold any rights in them. AI generation is probabilistic: outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable, similar prompts may produce similar outputs for others, and model-derived numbers are estimates and labeled that way. Outputs are decision support — verify before you rely on them, and decisions your business takes on them remain yours.
Automation authority
Everform’s governance keeps a human approval in the loop by default. Workflows earn autonomy through measured evidence, never by default. Production connector execution is invitation-only at this stage; where you explicitly grant a workflow authority to act, you are responsible for the actions taken within the authority you granted.
Third-party services
Everform runs on Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and Stripe (see the trust ledger). Their availability affects ours, and connectors you link (when enabled for you) are governed by the third party’s own terms as well.
Billing
Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe at the pricing shown at purchase, renewing automatically until cancelled. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and apply from your next renewal. Cancel anytime by request — reply to your Stripe receipt or any email Everform has sent you, and we confirm the cancellation; access runs to the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise (including EEA consumer withdrawal where it applies).
Ending the relationship
You can close your account at any time by request. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. After closure, you have 30 days to request a final export of your workspace data; we then delete it per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” during this early stage, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with the courts of Norway as venue — except where mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes are dated here and announced in the changelog at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that means acceptance. If a data processing agreement (DPA) is executed with you, it takes precedence over these terms for data processing.
